TERMS & CONDITIONS
The online registration form is your application for reservation confirmation. Reservations will be made through Sar-El Tours & Conferences in order to participate in the events offered by Aletheia Christian Church on this tour.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of $500 per person is required with the registration form for the Shalom in Israel Tour. Deposit may be submitted online here with the registration form or you may mail your check made payable to Aletheia Christian Church, PO Box 5394, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745. Please designate "Israel Tour" in the memo line of your check. Final payment is due April 26, 2023, which will be made to Sar-El Tours eight weeks before departure. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR RATES
Items of a personal nature including laundry or room service at hotels, passport costs, phone calls, souvenirs, etc.
PASSPORT
A valid passport is required and must be obtained by each passenger. Go to travel.state.gov for directions on how to obtain passport. Passports must be valid for six months past the date of your departure.
RATES
All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and based on Tour cost in effect at the time tour brochures are published. Whenever possible, Aletheia Christian Church obtains price guarantees from suppliers; however, because of the current fluctuation of the US Dollar against all foreign currencies, published rates are subject to change and may be adjusted based upon the exchange rate at the time of final billing.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Up to 90 days before departure, a $100 per person administration fee will be charged; between 90 and 60 days 100% of deposit and possible Tour Co. penalties; 59 to 1 day 100% of deposit and fees based on Tour Co. penalities
RESERVATION CHANGES
Any changes will be charged as follows: Up to 6 weeks, $50 per person; within 6 weeks of tour, no changes are allowed. Additional fees may be assessed by suppliers depending on the changes requested.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
For the best coverage, purchase within two weeks of flight booking to cover cancellation, baggage, medical emergencies, etc. Travel protection is strongly recommended for trip cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
